Which Sales & Customer Service Awards Categories Should We Add?

Entries for the 2013 (7th annual) Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service will open on July 30. These are the world's top honors for call center, customer service, sales, and business development professionals.
We're getting ready to launch the competition and are finalizing the sales awards and customer service awards categories, and were wondering, which categories do you think we should add to the competition for 2013?
You'll find a list of the 2012 categories here. Which categories do you think we should add to this list?
