Tuesday, January 14 is the final entry deadline for the 2014 (8th annual) Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. These are the world's top honors for contact center, customer service, business development, and sales professionals. All organizations and individuals worldwide are eligible to submit entries.

Review the entry kit now - you'll find it online, here. The entry kit contains all of the information you'll need to be able to prepare and submit entries to the 2014 awards.

BellagioThere's a lot that's new and different for the awards this year, including our new Grand Stevie Award trophy.

Finalists will be announced on January 22.  All Finalists will ultimately be named Gold, Silver, or Bronze Stevie Award winners.  The winners will be announced during a gala banquet at the Bellagio in Las Vegas on Friday, February 21.  (Attendance isn't required to win.)

Wednesday, October 9 is the early-bird entry deadline, with discounted entry fees, for the 2014 (8th annual) Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. These are the world's top honors for contact center, customer service, business development, and sales professionals. All organizations and individuals worldwide are eligible to submit entries.

The Stevie Awards For Sales Review the entry kit now - you'll find it online. The entry kit contains all of the information you'll need to be able to prepare and submit entries to the 2014 awards.

If you miss the early-bird deadline, the final entry deadline is November 13, and late entries will be accepted through January 14 with payment of a late fee.

There's a lot that's new and different for the awards this year, including our new Grand Stevie Award trophy .

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service feature categories to recognize achievement in every aspect of the worklife of sales, business development, contact center, and customer service professionals. Category changes and additions for 2014 include the fact that it is now free to enter the Sales Meeting of the Year category. The following categories have been split into multiple categories based on industry:

  • Sales Representative of the Year
  • Front-Line Customer Service Professional of the Year
  • Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year
  • Back-Office Customer Service Team of the Year
  • Contact Center of the Year (Up to 100 Seats)
  • Contact Center of the Year (100 or More Seats)
  • Award for Innovation in Customer Service
  • Customer Service Department of the Year - Computer Software has been split into two categories, based on the number of employees in the entire organization

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world's top customer service awards, sales awards, and contact center awards. There are even new product awards categories and categories to recognize the achievements of solution providers.

Top 10 Award Winners Announced for Sales & Customer Service Stevies

A new addition to the Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service's repertory of awards in 2013 are the 10 Top Awards, ten best-of-competition prizes that are awarded to the organizations that submit the best body of work to the competition, in their own name or in the names of one or more clients.  

Stevies 2013These awards cannot be applied for directly.  Winners are determined by a points system based on the total number of awards won in the Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service, with a Gold Stevie win counting for 3 points, a Silver Stevie for 2 points, and a Bronze Stevie counting for 1.5. 

The top ten overall point winners are awarded the exclusive right to use a unique 2013 Top 10 logo designed especially for them.

Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service Winners Announced

Delta Air Lines, Marriott, OppenheimerFunds, VIZIO Are Among Gold Stevie Winners 

LAS VEGAS, NV – February 26, 2013 – Winners in the Seventh Annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service, an international competition recognizing excellence in disciplines that are vital to business success, were unveiled last night at a gala ceremony in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Delta Air Lines and CubeSmart won three Gold Stevie Awards each, more than any other organization in the competition. Winners of two Gold Stevie Awards are AllClear ID, Capital One Bank, the United Kingdom’s EE, John Hancock Signature Services, Kohl’s Department Stores, Marsh U.S. Consumer, OppenheimerFunds, PetRays, Richardson, VIZIO, and VMware.

Winners in the fourth annual People’s Choice Stevie® Awards for Favorite Customer Service, as determined by more than 211,000 public votes, were also awarded at the event to organizations including Constant Contact, Portugal Telecom, India’s TATA Motors Ltd., and Germany’s Zalando.

The presentations were recorded and will be broadcast by the Business TalkRadio Network (http://www.businesstalkradio.net) at 8:00 pm ET on Wednesday, February 27.

The awards are presented by the Stevie Awards, which organizes several of the world’s leading business award shows including the prestigious International Business Awards.   More than 360 professionals from around the world attended the event. 

More than 1,100 entries from organizations worldwide were submitted to this year’s competition, an increase of 10% over 2012. Finalists were determined by the average scores of 120 professionals worldwide, acting as preliminary judges.  Entries were considered in 30 categories for customer service professionals, including Contact Center of the Year, Award for Innovation in Customer Service, and Customer Service Department of the Year; 41 categories for sales and business development professionals, ranging from Senior Sales Executive of the Year to Sales Training or Coaching Program of the Year to Sales Department of the Year of the Year; and categories to recognize new products and services and solution providers. 

More than 140 members of eight specialized judging committees determined the Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award placements from among the Finalists during final judging.

Next Monday evening we'll announce the results of the 7th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service in the Versailles Ballroom of the Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino.  If you're not familiar with them, the Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world's top contact center awards, customer service awards, business development awards, and sales awards program.

Winners of the 2013 People's Choice Stevie® Awards for Favorite Customer Service

More than 211,000 votes were cast in the 2013 People's Choice Stevie® Awards for Favorite Customer Service, part of the 7th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service, the world's top business awards for contact center, customer service, business development, and sales professionals.

The worldwide public vote was conducted between January 24 and February 10, 2013, with the highest number of votes deciding the winners in 11 industry categories.  The winning organizations are:

We're getting ready to launch the competition and are finalizing the sales awards and customer service awards categories, and were wondering, which categories do you think we should add to the competition for 2013?
