16 March: Early-bird deadline with discounted entry fees

12 April: Entry deadline

26 April: Late entry deadline, late fee charged in addition to entry fee

May: First-round judging

June: Final-round judging

June: Winners announced and notified

September: Gala awards presentations event, setting and date TBD.  Attendance is not required to win.
