--- title: スティービー賞受賞のソウル市からキムチ文化祭へのお誘い description: 韓国ソウル市は2015年アジア・パシフィック賞のライブ・イベント カテゴリーでゴールドを受賞しました。 image: https://blog.stevieawards.com/hubfs/1510-SMG-1.jpg --- [![stevie-awards-full-logo](https://blog.stevieawards.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Stevie%20Awards%20Blog%20Theme%20Files/stevie-awards-full-logo.png?width=347&height=70&name=stevie-awards-full-logo.png "stevie-awards-full-logo")](http://stevieawards.com) Click to View Posts by Stevie® Awards Categories # スティービー賞受賞のソウル市からキムチ文化祭へのお誘い Posted by [Clara Im](https://blog.stevieawards.com/international-awards/author/clara-im) on Mon, Oct 19, 2015 @ 11:41 PM - [Tweet](https://twitter.com/share) *韓国ソウル市は2015年アジア・パシフィック賞の[ライブ・イベント](http://www.asia.stevieawards.com/live-event-awards)** カテゴリーでゴールドを受賞しました。* *来年度2016年のスティービー・アジア・パシフィック賞のエントリーの受付ももうすぐ始まります。[応募方法についてはこちらをご参照下さい。](http://www.asia.stevieawards.com/how-enter)* *ソウル市文化&芸術部門実行委員長のリー・ハット・ニム氏に、チームにとってのスティービーの受賞の意義、今後の計画などについて伺いました。*   ソウル市は[2014年ソウル・キムチ祭り](http://asia.stevieawards.com/2015-asia-pacific-gold-winner-%E2%80%93-seoul-metropolitan-government).をライブ・イベントカテゴリーにエントリーし、ゴールドを受賞しました。ソウル市自治体文化・芸術部門実行委員長リー・ハット・ニム氏がこのイベントの重要性を説明して下さいました。  ![1510-SMG-1](https://blog.stevieawards.com/hs-fs/hubfs/1510-SMG-1.jpg?width=170&name=1510-SMG-1.jpg) *注 - 韓国の食品に不案内な人のために補足しますと、キムチは非常に辛い韓国の伝統的な発酵食品（副菜）で野菜から作られます。冬が来る前にキムチを作りますが、このキムチ作りのことを韓国語で「キムジャン」といい、韓国の家庭でキムチを仕込む時期を「キムジャンの季節」と呼びます。*   リー氏は受賞の喜びとイベントについて触れました。「何よりもまず、ゴールド・スティービー賞をいただいて本当に光栄です。「キムジャン文化」は韓国の伝統です。また、ユネスコの無形文化遺産にも登録されています。2014年ソウル・キムチ祭りはユニスコ登録の一周年を祝うとともに、私達の日常から消えつつあるキムジャン文化の活性化を目的として開催しました。」   **強いモチベーション** リー氏は「ゴールド・スティービー賞を受賞したことにより、キムジャン文化の世界的な認知度アップをはかり韓国独特の文化的な資産を賞賛するために今までより一層努力しようという気持ちが高まりました。ソウル・キムチ祭りは最初のイベントとなりましたが、これからもたくさんのイベントを開催する予定です」と言います。   ソウル市自治体がスティービー賞を受賞したことで、リー氏だけでなく同僚のモチベーションも高まりました。「第一回ソウル・キムチ祭りでこの賞を受賞しただけでも大変喜ばしいことですが、受賞によりさらに幅広い人にイベントを紹介する責任を感じています。この賞のおかげでキムチ文化祭りを広報する機会に恵まれ、地元の人だけでなくソウル市にいる多くの外国人にも楽しんでもらえるようになりました」とのことです。   またリー氏は「韓国はアジア・パシフィック地域の多くの国と親密な国交を結んでいますが、ゴールド・スティービー受賞により、韓国のキムジャン文化といった独特な文化を紹介しやすくなりました。また、同賞はソウル市自治体が賞の対象になったイベントを始めとする文化的なイベントを開催するのにふさわしい都市であることを証明してくれました」と言います。   **2015年のキムジャンの季節** ソウル市自治体主催の第一回ソウル・キムチ祭りが成功裏に終わってからすでに1年近くが過ぎました。第二回ソウル・キムチ祭りは2015年11月6～8日の3日間開催される予定です。開催場所はソウル・プラザ、クワンファムン（光化門）・プラザ、テピョンロ（太平路）地区で、テーマは、「ソウル - キムジャンの日」です。   リー氏によれば、2015年の内容は「イベントではソウル市内のキムチ業界とキムジャン文化の新しい視点を紹介する予定です。キムチは健康と癒やしのシンボル的な食品です。全市民が参加し、伝統的なキムジャン文化を復活させた『参加型キムジャン・パーティ』をはめとした楽しいイベントや展示、文化プログラム、子供向けのキムチ体験プログラム、ローカルのフード・マーケットを予定しています」ということです。   リー氏は第二回ソウル・キムチ祭りを心待ちにしています。「開催まであとわずかです。世界中の人が出会い、ソウルの地域社会と調和する機会にしたいと考えています」と意気込みを語ります。   **周辺地域社会との交流** リー氏によるとソウル市自治体が開催する祭りやイベントは多数あり、どれも大々的な宣伝をしています。「（宣伝に力を入れているのは）ソウル市を観光都市として宣伝すると共に、周辺地域との共生と発展を推進することが目的」なのだそうです。   リー氏はまた今後のプランについて「ソウル市を取り巻く地域の自治体は、チェーン店やショッピングセンターや地元の食品や文化についての情報発信やお祭りなどのイベントなどワンストップソリューションを提供する独自のプランを立てています。私達は多くの地域的なイベントや付加価値のある文化的イベントの準備をしており、観光客とより効率よくコミュニケーションを図れるシステムを構築するために主催者と観光客とのコミュニケーションの手段を増やす予定です」と説明しました。   11月に心温まるイベントに参加したいと思う方はソウル市を訪れて[第二回ソウル・キムチ祭り](http://seoulkimchifestival.com/index.do)に参加しましょう。 **リー・ハット・ニム氏について** リー・ハット・ニム氏はソウル市自治体文化・芸術部門が主催するさまざまな文化的なプログラムの実行委員長です。ユネスコ無形文化遺産登録一周年を記念した第一回キムチ文化祭りのリーダーとして、イベント全体のコーディネーター兼連絡係を務めました。リー氏は多方面からの参加者が多彩な人々と交流し、異なる世界を経験する場となる世界的なイベントも企画しており、第二回ソウル・キムチ祭りも引き続き担当します。   **ソウル市自治体について** ソウル市自治体は韓国唯一の大都市であるソウル市の行政機関です。1946年8月15日にソウル市特別自由市が設置されましたが、それ以前は漢城府（李氏朝鮮時代）や京城府（日本統治時代）と呼ばれていた地域にあたります。その後、地方自治体法の制定を受けて1949年11月4日にソウル市に改称されました。ソウル市自治体の関連団体には、ソウル市地下鉄公社、ソウル医療センター、ソウル市施設管理公社、ソウル市農産・水産公社、ソウル市都市鉄道公社、ソウル市SH公社などがあります。主要な事業内容は命を守る福祉、経済の活性化、環境の緑化、魅力的な文化施設、安定した市政運営の５つです。   **ソウル・キムチ祭りについて** キムジャン文化は厳しい冬を越すために分かち合い、協力しあうコミュニティとしての一体感から生まれました。2013年にユネスコにより無形文化遺産に登録されました。ソウル・キムチ祭りは忘れられつつある文化を再生し活性化すると共に外国から人が集まるイベントとして企画されました。 第二回ソウル・キムチ祭りは2015年11月6～8日に開催され、参加型キムジャン・パーティ（体験・共有）、キムチ・ユニオン（キムジャンマーケット、フード・マーケット、コミュニティ・マーケット）、キムジャン文化村（文化、展示、体験）など多彩なプログラムで構成されています。 詳細については以下をご参照ください。[http://seoulkimchifestival.com/index.do](http://seoulkimchifestival.com/index.do).
