# 向国家供电: 荣获史蒂夫®奖的新加坡电力是如何鼓舞职员与投资者的呢？

新加坡电力作为稳定有效的公共电力供应商、获得职员喜爱的企业、工程人才主导的开发团队，2013年开始进行企业定位运动，集中于发挥企业的作用。这一过程包含了与消费者、不同阶层的雇佣者、董事会与高层管理层之间的认知评价。

其结果是，我们将向“国家供电”(Powering the Nation)"这一愿望作为企业的定位。这一定位以信任(Trust)、科技(Technology)及人才(Talent)这三大原则为基础。

主要目标对象包括雇佣人、潜在雇佣人、顾客及大众。

作为新加坡电力的对外合作负责人，Amelia Champion对公司的运动荣获史蒂夫®奖金奖感到很高兴。"这个奖鼓舞了新加坡电力3500名任职人员的士气。" 她说。"他们讲述他们为向国家提供电力的关于24/7的故事，热情参与为了提高生活质量而提高信赖性与效率的工作”。

Amelia接着说： "亚洲-太平洋史蒂夫®奖证明了公司的健全性，是同事们共同努力创造的业绩，也是衡量公司的尺度。"

**开始**

令职员共同参与是推动运动走向成功的必需要素。新加坡电力(SP)在年度代表会议上，在职员之间利用同向同时播放流媒体分散的路演，从内部开始了"向国家供电(Powering the Nation)"的定位。在活动中播放了以支援国家建设的SP的作用为宣传点的视频。主题及主要部分也通过2013年9月到2014年10月之间的27集团CEO与职员的对话活动进行了传达。

SP导入了名为spectrum的内部沟通渠道的新空间。新空间包括以通报最新信息与重要信息、隔周企业最新新闻为特点的职员门户、向所有的3500名职员发放的隔月杂志《spectrum》、以及介绍spectrum，为职员带来专门性或个人发展信息的各季职员午休平台Power Talks。

如此品牌化的“向国家供电(Powering the Nation)"口号显现出了结果，并实现与所有职员分享。为了鼓舞所有职员的组织自信感，SP在新加坡各处的中心地区悬挂了”向国家供电(Powering the Nation)"口号的National Day祝贺横幅。

**结果**

年度职员代表会议活动后问卷调查的结果显示“向国家供电(Powering the Nation)”的口号在对主要信息具备很强的记忆能力与理解能力的职员中有很大的反响。参加大会的530名职员中，有96%的职员回答对于公司对国家的重要作用感到自豪。91%的职员认为SP通过“向国家供电(I Power the Nation)”口号，准确地描述了自己的作用。

“向国家供电(Powering the Nation)”不仅被职员们所接受，而且职员们自发地在自己的项目与发言中选择使用这一定位表述，目前该口号作为定期向国内外投资商介绍新加坡电力时的口号使用。

**创造未来的动力。**

Amelia对于2016年新加坡电力的计划，表示“我们的目标是创造顾客与职员沟通的更多频道，以及为连接新的数字时代开拓新路并不断提高。我们还将集中于持续推进沟通服务、职员公益活动，以多种方法为国家供电”。

Amelia对未来充满了期待。如前所述，“自豪感与提供24小时光芒的团队一员的满足感”为她赋予了动机，她正在为推动新加坡经济生长与生活质量的提高做贡献，为创造美好的未来而奋斗。

 

**关于****Amelia Champion**

Amelia Champion是负责新加坡电力的企业定位、声誉管理、内部沟通与监督企业社会责任的对外合作负责人。她曾经在医疗保健与社区服务机构积累了丰富的经验。在SingHealth Group，Amelia曾经总管集团沟通，制定了令职员团结一心、巩固集团在医学界地位的项目与新的重要计划。在那之前，Amelia 在新加坡的国立肾脏财团(National Kidney Foundation)负责宣传(PR)、与患者关系、活动与推广活动。她为了促进肾脏捐赠活动，掀起了范国民运动，并举行与美国、欧洲和亚洲沟通营销方法的国际健康护理会议，负责从政策的提案到整体患者帮助程序的确立。在闲暇时间，Amelia担任学校同门会的执行委员会委员，并在地区教区进行志愿者活动。
