")** Ganz nach dem Motto des Grunge-Pioniers Kurt Cobain „The worst crime is faking it“ steht die rund 5.000 qm große **Eventlocation Halle 45** in Mainz für Authentizität und Freigeist. Die Gründer, Ralph Heinrich und Dr. Hanns-Christian von Stockhausen, waren gebannt von der alten Industriehalle, die nach 17 Jahren Veranstaltungsgeschichte geschlossen werden sollte. So entstand die Idee, aus dem provisorischen Staatstheater eine **moderne und vielseitige Veranstaltungshalle** zu schaffen. Sie sollte eine Innovation für Mainz und das Rhein-Main-Gebiet werden - bestechend mit ihrer Wandelbarkeit und begeisternd durch ihr Team und Erscheinungsbild. **Ein Begegnungsraum aus Kultur, Unterhaltung und Gastronomie.** Erhalten wurde ein Mainzer Juwel, das auf einzigartige Weise jedem Event einen schillernden Glanz verleiht. Dieses Engagement wurde von den German Stevie Awards 2017 mit einem Bronze Stevie belohnt. **Dr. Hanns-Christian von Stockhausen** nahm den begehrten Preis auf der Bühne im Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Hamburg in Empfang. Er sieht die Eventbranche in einem stetem Wandel. „Grundsätzlich unterscheiden sich die Wünsche und Anforderungen der Kunden in der B2B-Branche, zudem möchte jedes Unternehmen der jeweiligen Branche die Konkurrenz auf Abstand halten. Definitiv aber dürfen sie sich nicht ähneln“, ist der Geschäftsführer Legal & Finance überzeugt. „Das gilt insbesondere für das Thema Live-Kommunikation und Event“, fügt von Stockhausen hinzu. „Somit müssen auch wir als Eventlocation immer wieder neue Anreize schaffen, um die Agenturen bzw. den Firmenkunden von der Vielseitigkeit unserer Location zu überzeugen.“ **Ehrlichkeit, Fairness und Motivation** - das sind seit dem Start des Unternehmens im August 2015 die Vorgaben. Das Team hält stets zusammen, was nicht zuletzt an der zu 100 Prozent offenen und ehrlichen Kommunikation seitens der Geschäftsführung mit den Angestellten liegen dürfte. Das hat sich ausgezahlt und mittlerweile ist das Team von fünf Mitarbeitern bereits auf zwölf Mitarbeiter angewachsen und beschäftigt neben einer Auszubildenden auch einen Rekonvaleszenten. „Wir sind ein junges Team, das sich sowohl sozial, im Rahmen von Events, für die wir jungen Künstlern die Halle kostenfrei zur Verfügung stellen, als auch immer wieder gerne sportlich engagieren“, berichtet von Stockhausen stolz. **Teambuilding** ist generell ein zentrales Thema für die Führungsmannschaft, da alle Mitarbeiter sehr eng miteinander arbeiten und jeder für den anderen einspringt, wenn Not am Mann ist. Und Dr. Hanns-Christian von Stockhausen hat noch Ziele mit Halle 45: „Wir möchten für die Region Rhein-Main eine Begegnungsstätte werden, sei es als Eventlocation für die B2B-Branche, als Kulturhaus für Konzerte und Comedy oder gerne auch für spannende Pop-Up Events, die wir jederzeit - wenn es machbar ist -, gerne unterstützen.
