**顧客****経験提供の****** デルタは部署ブランドで「聞く、もてなす、つなぐ」を築くことで、顧客満足度を高める行動を並行しながらインセンティブプログラムを新しくしました。 アジア営業支援センター(SSC)は、中国、シンガポール、タイ、香港、台湾でデルタの高付加価値エージェンシーと企業アカウントを代表して旅行会社や企業の出張管理者からの電話やメールでの要求を処理し、企業対企業(B to B)の顧客サービスセンターとして働いています。 **人々****** デルタはアジア太平洋地域内で組織員を増やし、顧客対応の専門家のための教育を増加させてきました。会社では従業員が観光と旅行サービス分野での完成を基盤として労働者技術資格(WSQ)を取得した結果、もたらされた企業内教育プログラムを開発するためにシンガポール人材開発エージェンシーと協力関係を築いてきました。会社の業績はシンガポール人材開発エージェンシーによって2012年と2013年に認められ、デルタは観光と旅行のカテゴリーでWSQ教育優秀賞を受賞しました。
