今年，各规模所有组织提交的2500件参展作品获得了审查。决赛入选作品是通过隶属7个特别审查委员的世界各地150多名专业委员平均分数选定的。参赛作品分别在年度联络中心和客户服务部门创新奖、年度客户服务部等客户服务和联络中心成果的89个类别，年度高级销售高管到年度销售培训或商务开发高管、年度销售部门等销售及商务开发成果的60个类别，以及新产品和服务、解决方案提供商的类别中接受了评选。

从今天开始到2月9日，公众可以在“市民评选的最佳客户服务史蒂夫®奖”中为他们最喜爱的客户服务提供商投票。投票可在[http://peopleschoice.stevieawards.com](http://peopleschoice.stevieawards.com)中进行。“市民评选的最佳客户服务史蒂夫®奖”获奖者将在2月中旬决定，并在2月23日拉斯维加斯举行的颁奖仪式上获得颁奖。

本次评奖活动中，收到了覆盖全部行业各规模组织的2100多个参展作品，同2015年相比增加了11%。入围决赛者由作为预选评委的世界各地115名专家评出的平均分数决定。这些专家评委在包括年度客服中心、客户服务革新奖、年度咨询在内，有关客户服务与客服中心成果的59个类目、从年度高级销售主管到年度商务开发成果等经营及商务开发成果相关的50个类目以及奖励新产品与服务、解决方案提供者类目中进行了审核。

7个特色化审查评委团超过60人的委员，在1月25日开始的最终审查期间，将在入围决赛者中决定金银铜史蒂夫®奖。

从今天开始到2月12日，普通人也可以在“市民评选的最佳客户服务史蒂夫®奖”中为他们最喜爱的客户服务提供者投票。投票可在[http://peopleschoice.stevieawards.com](http://peopleschoice.stevieawards.com/)中进行。市民评选的史蒂夫®奖将于2月中旬决定，2月3日将举行颁奖仪式。
