我们对中电控股公司的常务兼CFO Geert Peeters进行了采访，了解了获得2015年史蒂夫®奖的年度报告是如何诞生的，以及他的获奖感受。

中电控股公司的常务(Executive Director)兼首席财务官(CFO) Geert Peeters对于获得2016亚洲-太平洋史蒂夫®奖感到非常高兴，他说：“荣获史蒂夫®奖我们感到非常荣幸，我们是重视创新的企业，因此这个奖对于我们来说意义更加深远”。

![1610CLPsmall.gif](https://blog.stevieawards.com/hs-fs/hubfs/1610CLPsmall.gif?width=249&name=1610CLPsmall.gif)中电的2015年度报告是公司的第五份综合年度报告，依据国际综合报告委员会(International Integrated Reporting Council)与香港注册会计师协会标准制成。该报告根据中电控股公司“向提供服务的社会真诚奉献”这一理念制作，以综合及创新的方式提供了中电在社会、环境、运营、财政方面的整体成果相关的观点。

**创新**

Geert指出：“我们公司为了不断地学习与发展，报名参加了亚洲-太平洋史蒂夫®奖”。每年，各国家与部门的同事们都非常努力地制作令我们自豪的年度报告，我认为史蒂夫®奖认可了我们的这种努力。

我们在创新过程中得到了很多。创新是一个连续的过程，现在我们也正在学习如何创新以取得更大的发展。例如：我们公司在初创期选择了制作综合报告，将企业的成果与环境、社会层面及政府成果进行了综合的整理。通过这种方法，可以了解到目前我们公司正在做什么样的事业，为股东们传递何种价值等的整体观点。

史蒂夫®奖为我们提供了尝试新创意的动机。于是出现了制作可以回收利用的信封的意见，并决定引进为扩大向选择的非政府组织捐赠的反馈方式。通过这些途径，我们得以与不同的股东们进一步交流，并通过以前未曾尝试过的方式传递价值。”

**设计与****方式**

“电是现代社会的必需要素，可以向负责社会安全的各种机器供电，令人们的生活与工作舒适便利。中电为强调与股东们紧密的关系，今年追求较为冷静风格的设计，并且在年度报告鲜明多彩的插画、设计优秀的图表、直观的信息图表、选择的照片中结合了这种设计。为了让读者对我们的事业成果一目了然，报告集中了所有的核心信息、数值与图表进行可视化作业，在报告第一部分的6页中，以“2015年中电核心摘要”为题进行了概括。

**尝试及相互作用**

Geert说：“ 为了向更多的人宣传中电，我们将年度报告印刷版以多媒体快照的方式，与可持续发展报告一起登载于网络”，“快照中将事业摘要以视频等多媒体方式显示出来，在可持续发展报告中，则包含了可持续发展原则、战略及实践等相关的具体说明。这样做的目的在于让股东们在评价我们公司时，可以获取相较于网络或印刷物的更多信息”。

**慈善捐****赠**

此外，Geert还提到：“为向报告读者提出捐赠60美元（香港美元)的建议，我们采用了强化相互作用的创新方式。其结果是我们从年度报告、网络快照、可持续发展报告的读者中共筹集了HK$350,000的捐款。

从史蒂夫®奖这样著名的组织获得认证，进一步增加了我们对工作的自豪感，为我们赋予了更加努力做到最好的积极性。”

**环境问题**

我们对于能源与环境这两个主要问题，询问了中电控股公司2017年度的计划。“我们对能源产业对环境造成的影响非常痛心，从10年前开始就认识到了应该宣传气候变化的危险与影响的责任。香港联交所也引进了ESG(Environmental, Social and Governance) 报告指南准则。事实上，我们公司从90年代就开始报告有关环境与社会方面的成果，是极少数做出这种报告的公司之一，而这种报告逐渐发展，就变成了现在网络上的可持续发展报告。所以，我们对ESG报告非常熟悉。

**减少碳足迹**

中电为减少碳足迹，决定采用电子出版方式，并建议各股东捐赠HK$60。印刷品采用特别制作的信封发送。这种信封可作为购物袋回收使用，有助于减少垃圾，保护环境。

**可持****续发展原则**

“2015年的年度报告根据‘遵守或说明’条款登载了ESG信息。我们计划在将于2017年3月发布的2016年度报告中，加入更多的内容。但是为了充实报告，首先要做好准备工作。去年，联合国引进了17个可持续开发目标(Sustainable Development Goal, SDG)。这些目标的宗旨就是到2030年为止解决贫困、饥饿、气候变化与其他地区问题。SDG向国际社会提出了为推动可持续发展，在快速执行阶段的明确方向。此外，鼓励制定带有各公司特色的可持续发展原则，为此，我们公司制定了可推动长期事业战略的可持续发展优先事项。这些工作坚定了我们为在全世界范围内实现SDG做贡献的意志，尤其是我们将集中于改善气候变化与供应低廉的电。”

**对于未来**

Geert对于未来非常乐观。“中电的目标是以可持续发展的方式，到下一代为止解决亚太的能源难题。我们希望以环保的方式、以合理的价格向顾客供应可靠、安全的电。

但是全世界正在快速变化，需要确立对未来明确的愿景，并运用创新的力量才可能应对变化。为了成为在未来社会也做出巨大贡献的公司，应该转换为以顾客为中心的能源公司，这样才能在低碳的世界中竞争生存。

目前世界在能源方面的努力开启了全新的可能性，可再生能源就是其中之一。亚洲更多的国家正在利用太阳或风力等可再生的方式发展能源，这令人非常鼓舞。中电认为具备发展潜力的中国本土与印度更加适合发展可再生能源。中国与印度都野心勃勃地定下了开发清洁能源的目标。数年来，中电所进行的3000兆瓦可再生项目，大部分都是在这两个地区开发的，我们还制定了更多的计划。

其间，我们在这些地区制定了更高的目标。我们在发展中国家发现了个人储蓄不断发展的事实。因此，发行了包括绿色债券在内的本地货币债券，让大家以积累的财富投资可以为国家发展做出巨大贡献的基础设施项目，而我们能为这种尝试做出贡献，也感到非常欣慰。”

**关于彭达思先生**  
彭达思先生自2014年4月1日起出任集团总监及财务总裁，负责中电控股的集团财务监理及汇报、集团库务、集团税务、集团企业财务、风险管理及投资者关系事宜。他由2016年1月1日起获委任中电控股的执行董事及财务总裁。

彭达思先生拥有超过25年能源行业经验。在加入中电之前，彭达思先生于巴黎的法国燃气苏伊士(GDF SUEZ)(现名为ENGIE)集团任职财务副总监。他在1997年至2013年期间任职于法国燃气苏伊士，曾在欧洲、拉丁美洲、中东及北美洲分部担任多个高层财务及营运职位，经验丰富。他亦曾担任国际电力公司(International Power plc)执行董事及财务总裁。该公司为法国燃气苏伊士的附属公司，于伦敦交易所上市，并至2012年7月止为富时100指数的成份股。

在加入法国燃气苏伊士之前，彭达思先生曾于布鲁塞尔及纽约的比利时联合银行，以及位于比利时安特卫普Doel核电厂的Tractebel Energy Engineering工作。他曾担任比利时空军部队(Belgian Air Force)的预备军官(Reserve Officer)。

于过去三年，彭达思先生曾服务于多间能源上市公司的董事会，包括国际电力公司(于英国上市)、E-CL(于智利上市)及Glow Energy (于泰国上市)。他是CNBC全球首席财务官委员会(CNBC Global CFO Council)的委员。

彭达思先生获颁授比利时 The Order of King Leopold 骑士勋章。他持有机电工程科学硕士学位(比利时根特RUG(荣誉))及工商与信息科技管理研究院硕士学位(比利时布鲁塞尔HEC)，并曾修读法国巴黎英士国际商学院(INSEAD)的行政商务培训课程。

**关于中电集团**

中电现跻身道琼斯全球指数（Global Dow，其 150 只成份股均为世界领先的藍筹公司）、道琼斯可持续发展亚太指数（DJSI Asia Pacific）、道琼斯可持续发展亚太40指数（DJSI Asia Pacific 40）、恒生可持续发展企业指数系列以及MSCI全球可持续发展指数系列。
