StevieĀ® Awards for Sales & Customer Service Now Accepting Entries
We invite your organization to submit nominations to the 2026 (20th annual) Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service, the worldās top honors for customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals.
The early-bird entry deadline, with reduced entry fees, is this November 5. The final entry deadline is December 4, but late entries will be accepted through January 14, 2026, with payment of a late fee.
All organizations worldwide are eligible to participate in the awards: large and small, public and private, for-profit and non-profit. Nominations may be submitted by individuals or organizations.
The 2026 competition features an entirely new group of categories called AI & Digital Transformation with two subsections, for Customer Service and Sales. These new AI and digital transformation categories will recognize the unavoidable impact that these burgeoning technologies and capabilities are having on the sales and service landscape.
Other new categories include Product Feature of the Year, Achievement in Global Customer Service Excellence, Cross-Functional Sales Collaboration Team of the Year, and many more. Explore all of the categories here.
The 2026 awards will recognize achievements since July 1, 2023. Eligible nominees include departments, teams, and professionals from around the world who work in customer service, contact centers, business development, and sales. New products and services, and solution providers used by those professionals, are also eligible.
Winners will be notified on January 28. The 2026 awards banquet will be staged on Thursday, March 5 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City. Attendance is not required to win.
If you served as a Stevie Awards judge before we began issuing complimentary e-certificates in late 2024, and need verifiable proof of your participation, you can now purchase an official e-certificate through our Store.
A scan of its QR code will verify its authenticity. You can also print it out for display, and add it to your LinkedIn certifications.

Finalists will be announced on September 19, and the Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie-winner placements will be revealed during a gala awards dinner on Monday, November 10 in New York City. Attendance is not required to win.
When Cathy Yang joined the PLDT Group in mid-2020, communication was more critical than ever. As head of Group Corporate Communications, she guided the Philippinesā largest telecom through rapid digital transformation while strengthening public trust and social relevance.
Over the next four years, she helped position PLDT as a champion of digital inclusion, child protection, online safety, and education, expanding initiatives such as School-in-a-Bag, supporting SIM registration campaigns, and integrating child rights into corporate practices.
Notably, she led PLDTās recognition as a leader in child protection at the Global Child Forum and was the sole Southeast Asian invited to share best practices at the 2022 Forum in Stockholm.
Cathy Yang was honored with a Bronze Stevie Award for Communications, Investor Relations or PR Executive of the Year in the 2024 Stevie Awards for Technology Excellence.
