The Stevie® Awards are entering our 25th year, and we’ve introduced a lot of new features and services over the past year. Chief among them are our new websites and back-end entry and judging system. All nine Stevie Awards programs are now on new web sites and system, and we published the last site to move, the main site at www.StevieAwards.com, to our new platform just last week.
Last week we also relaunched our Past Winners search system, featuring some really useful AI-directed summarization features. Check out this answer to the question, Which are the five organizations that have won the most Stevie Awards all time?
We’re not done making updates, however. Here are four important updates we’ll make over the next four months.
In October
- AI Chatbot
We’ve been working on an AI chatbot that will answer just about any question about the Stevie Awards in general or any of our nine awards programs in particular. We’re starting the final round of testing of the chatbot and expect to make it available on all of our websites in October.
In Q4 2026
- Opt-in Publishing of Gold and Silver and Bronze Stevie-winning Nominations
To date we’ve published only Gold Stevie-winning nominations on our websites, because we’ve had to work through an extended iterative editing process with winners to ensure that no confidential information submitted was published. A new feature will empower all Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Award winners to opt-in to publish their nominations, and to make their own redactions to those nominations prior to publication. Published nominations may live in perpetuity on the Stevie Awards platform, so that winners may cite them in their marketing. - Two-factor Authentication Will be Required for All Entrant and Judge Accounts
To enhance account security for everyone in the Stevie Awards community, we will soon enable and mandate 2FA for all accounts. We will communicate extensively about the requirements prior to implementation. - The Introduction of an AI Nomination Assistant
We’ve been working on an artificial intelligence tool that will enable entrants to expedite and optimize their Stevie Awards nomination submissions. The tool is learning how to structure and support ideal nominations, looking at 25 years of Stevie Awards history. Use of the tool will be free to Stevie Awards entrants.
