Grand and People’s Choice Stevie® Award Winners Announced in 2023 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards

The Stevie® Awards, organizer of the world's premier business awards programs, announced the winners of five Grand Stevie Award trophies, plus nine winners of a People’s Choice public vote, in its 10th annual Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards, the only awards to recognize innovation in the workplace throughout the entire 29-nation Asia-Pacific region. All organizations in the region are eligible to submit nominations to the competition.

Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Award winners in the various categories were announced on 6 April. Those awards were determined by the average scores of more than 150 executives worldwide acting as judges. Winners will be celebrated during a virtual awards ceremony on Tuesday, 27 June at 2:00 pm KST. Tickets for the event are now on sale.

The 2023 Grand Stevie® Award for Most Honored Organization of the Year goes to Cisco Systems, Bangalore, India with 28.5 award points.  This award could not be applied for directly. The award is determined by a points system based on the total number of awards won in the competition, with a Gold Stevie win counting for 3 points, a Silver Stevie for 2 points, and a Bronze Stevie counting for 1.5.

Grand Stevie Awards are also presented to the highest-scoring nomination from each of the four nations that submitted the most nominations to the competition. Three of the four highest-rated nominations in the competition are in the Innovation in Thought Leadership awards categories.

  • Australia: Street Science, of Brisbane, Queensland, for their “Creating Future Innovators” nomination, a Gold Stevie Award winner for Innovation in Thought Leadership, with an average score of 8.78/10.

  • China: Wharf China Estates Limited, Hong Kong, winner of a Gold Stevie for their nomination “CQIFS -The Gate” for Innovation in Consumer Events (8.56/10).

  • IndiaIndian Oil Corporation Ltd, New Delhi, for their nomination “Parivartan - Prison to pride by IndianOil,” a Silver Stevie winner for Innovation in Thought Leadership, average score 8.70.

  • Philippines: The nomination of Kelvin Lester K. Lee, SEC Commissioner, by the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines, which won a Gold Stevie for Thought Leader of the Year with an average score of 8.83/10.

More than 9,300 votes were cast over the past three weeks in the People's Choice Stevie Awards for Favorite Companies, a long-time feature of Stevie Awards programs but a first-time public vote as part of the Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards. Each People’s Choice winner received at least 100 votes; the minimum number required to be eligible to win:

The 2023 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards have recognized organizations in 19 markets including Australia, Cambodia, Canada, China including Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Romania, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Vietnam. More than 800 nominations about innovative achievements in the 29-nation APAC region were considered by the judges this year in categories such as Award for Excellence in Innovation in Products & Services, Award for Innovative Management, and Award for Innovation in Corporate Websites, among many others.

Call for Entries Issued for the 2023 Stevie® Awards for Great Employers

The Stevie® Awards has issued the call for entries for the eighth annual Stevie® Awards for Great Employers, which honor the world’s best companies to work for and the human resources teams, professionals, suppliers, and new products and services that help to create and drive great places to work.

All individuals and organizations worldwide – public and private, for-profit, and non-profit, large and small – may submit nominations to the Stevie Awards for Great Employers. The early-bird entry deadline, with reduced entry fees, is April 27. The final entry deadline is May 24, but late entries will be accepted through June 27 with payment of a late fee.

Stevie Awards Extends 21st American Business Awards Final Entry Deadline

Top Business Honors to Accept Final Nominations Through April 5

The Stevie® Awards, organizer of The American Business Awards®, announced today that the final entry deadline for the 21st annual competition has been extended through April 5. No additional late fees will be charged. Entries submitted through the new deadline will not be penalized in any way in the judging process.

“We’ve received so many requests for individual deadline extensions that we’ve decided to extend the deadline for everyone,” said Stevie Awards president Maggie Miller. The original final deadline was March 8.

Winners Announced in 17th Annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service

Winners in the 17th annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service, recognized as the world's top customer service awards and sales awards, were unveiled on Friday night at a gala ceremony in Las Vegas, Nevada USA, attended by more than 400 executives from around the world.

DP DHL, with 46 Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Award wins, was the most honored organization this year, earning the top Grand Stevie Award trophy. This is the 11th year in a row in which the multinational package delivery and supply chain management company, headquartered in Bonn, Germany, has won a Grand Stevie in the program, and the ninth year of the 11 in which they placed first on the list of most honored organizations.

Multiple WinnersOther Grand Stevie Award winners, in descending order, include IBM, Sales Partnerships, Support Services Group, ValueSelling Associates, UPMC Health Plan, PowerSchool Group, GoHealth, TalkDesk and Michael Kors.

Winners of the 2023 People's Choice Stevie® Awards for Favorite Customer Service, a worldwide public vote, were announced today. Voting was conducted from January 25 through February 17, with the highest number of votes deciding the winners in 12 industry categories. More than 31,000 votes were cast this year.

All organizations honored in the Customer Service Department of the Year categories of this year’s Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service were eligible to be included in voting for the people’s choice awards. The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service, now in their 17th year, are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals.

The Final Entry Deadline for the 10th Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards Has Been Extended

The Stevie® Awards, organizer of the world's premier business awards programs, announced that they have revised the schedule for the 2023 (10th annual) Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards.

By popular demand, the final entry deadline has been extended to March 17. The judging process will extend through March 26. The Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Award winners will be announced on April 5. Winners will be celebrated during a virtual awards ceremony on June 27, instead of the traditional awards banquet that had been planned for May 27.

Final Entry Deadline

The Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards is the only business awards program to recognize innovation throughout the entire Asia-Pacific region. The competition is open to all organizations across 29 nations of the Asia-Pacific region: large and small, for-profit and non-profit, public and private.

The awards focus on recognizing innovation in all its forms, wherever it is achieved in the workplace. Entries will be accepted in English in the following awards category groups:

A new category group for 2023 recognizes Thought Leadership innovation in strategy, development, and execution since the beginning of July 2020.

In addition to a number of new categories, a public voting component has been added. All organizations that are honored with Gold, Silver or Bronze Stevie Award trophies in the Company/Organization categories will automatically be included in People's Choice voting. People's Choice winners will receive a special People's Choice Stevie Award trophy allowing for honorees in the Company/Organization categories to have the opportunity to receive a second award, as voted by the general public worldwide. Voting for the People's Choice Stevie® Awards for Favorite Companies will open on April 5 and go through April 28.

Stevie® Awards Announce Finalists in 17th Annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service

Finalists in the 17th Annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service, an international competition recognizing excellence in disciplines that are crucial to business success, were announced today.    

A diverse group of organizations and individuals around the world are among those recognized in the customer service awards, contact center awards, business development awards, and sales awards categories.

All Finalist nominations ultimately will be named Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award winners. The placements will be revealed during a gala banquet on Friday, March 3 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. Tickets are now on sale.

The awards are presented by the Stevie Awards, which organizes several of the world’s leading business awards shows including the prestigious International Business Awards® and American Business Awards®.

More than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition. Finalists were determined by the average scores of more than 170 professionals worldwide in seven specialized judging committees. Entries were considered in more than 60 categories for customer service and contact center achievements, including Contact Center of the Year, Award for Innovation in Customer Service, and Customer Service Department of the Year; 60 categories for sales and business development achievements, ranging from Senior Sales Executive of the Year to Sales Training or Business Development Executive of the Year to Sales Department of the Year; and categories to recognize new products and services and solution providers, among others.

Beginning today through February 17, the general public may vote for their favorite providers of customer service in the People’s Choice Stevie® Awards for Favorite Customer Service. Voting is open at http://peopleschoice.stevieawards.com. Winners of the People’s Choice Stevie Awards in multiple industries will be determined in mid-February and honored at the awards gala in Las Vegas on March 3.

Nominations for a special prize, the Sales Partnerships Ethics in Sales Award, remain open through February 3. Nominations to that category are free. Winners will also be announced and recognized at the March 3 ceremony.
