本次评奖活动中，收到了覆盖全部行业各规模组织的2100多个参展作品，同2015年相比增加了11%。入围决赛者由作为预选评委的世界各地的115名专家评出的平均分数决定。这些专家评委在包括年度客服中心、客户服务革新奖、年度咨询在内，有关客户服务与客服中心成果的59个类目、从年度高级销售主管到年度商务开发成果等经营及商务开发成果相关的50个类目以及奖励新产品与服务、解决方案提供者类目中进行了审核。
