Stevie® Awards adalah satu-satunya program penghargaan inovasi bisnis di semua wilayah Asia-Pasifik, telah mengumumkan penerimaan entri untuk Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards Tahun 2020 (tahunan ke-7).

Batas akhir entri awal adalah 27 November.  Batas akhir final entri adalah 6 February 2020, tetapi entri yang terlambat dapat diterima sampai dengan 4 Maret dengan dikenakan biaya keterlambatan. Informasi lengkap terkait entri dapat dilihat di http://Asia.StevieAwards.com.

Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards terbuka untuk semua organisasi/perusahaan di 29 negara Asia-Pasifik, besar atau kecil, laba atau nirlaba, publik atau swasta.

Penghargaan ini berfokus pada inovasi dalam segala bentuknya, tidak peduli dimanapun tempat kerjanya. Entri dapat disampaikan dalam 8 bahasa- China, Inggris, Indonesia, Jepang, Korea, Melayu, Thailand dan Vietnam - dalam kategori berikut:

Kategori penghargaan baru yang diperkenalkan pada tahun 2020 termasuk kategori Video Awards seperti Penghargaan Inovasi Untuk Video Huburan Bermerek (Awards for Innovation in Branded Entertainment Videos), Penghargaan Inovasi Untuk Video Yang Berhubungan Dengan Kemaslahatan Orang Banyak (Award for Innovation in Cause-related Videos), Penghargaan Inovasi Untuk Video TanggungJawab Sosial Korporasi (Awards for or Innovation in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Videos), Penghargaan Inovasi Untuk Video Gaya Hidup (Award for Innovation in Lifestyle Videos ) dan banyak lagi.

Stevie Awards Extends International Business Awards® Final Entry Deadline Through July 18

The Stevie® Awards, organizer of The International Business Awards®, has announced that the final entry deadline in the 2019 competition is extended to July 18. The original final entry deadline was June 12. Recognized as the world’s premier business awards program, The IBAs attract nominations from organizations in more than 70 nations and territories each year.

All individuals and organizations worldwide -- public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small -- may submit nominations to The International Business Awards. The 2019 awards will honor achievements since the beginning of 2018.  Entry details are available at http://www.StevieAwards.com/IBA.

Juries featuring more than 250 executives will determine the Stevie Award winners. Results will be announced August 13. Stevie Award winners will be presented their awards at a gala banquet in Vienna, Austria on October 19.

The International Business Awards recognize achievement in every facet of the workplace. Categories including, Management Awards, Company of the Year Awards, Customer Service Awards, Entrepreneur Awards, PR Awards, Web Awards, and many more.

There are many new and revised features of the IBAs for 2019:

  • A variety of new categories, including the IT categories Best Technical Support Strategy and Implementation and Best Technical Support Solution. In categories for business-related media, there are many new Live Event, Publication, and Video categories.
  • Entry fees have been eliminated for nominations to the Company of the Year categories. Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie winners in these 35 by-industry categories will again be included in the worldwide public vote called the People’s Choice Stevie Awards for Favorite Companies.
  • In the Marketing, New Product & Service, and Public Relations categories, nominees may now submit a video of up to five minutes in length, instead of the traditional written Stevie Awards essay or case study.

Stevie Awards Mengumumkan Para Pemenang IBA Awards Terbaik Tahun 2018

Para pemenang Grand Stevie Awards akan menerima piala di InterContinental London Park Lane Hotel, pada tanggal 20 Oktober.

The Stevie® Awards telah mengumumkan para pemenang IBA Awards Terbaik Tahun 2018 International Business Awards®  (Tahunan ke-15), kompetisi penghargaan bisnisutama dunia.

Para nominator di IBA 2018 tidak dapat mengajukan permohonan IBA Awards Terbaik secara langsung. Behind every large commercial property, whether it is a university campus or a shopping mall, are countless moving parts that have to work in harmony. Throw off one of those parts, and you can create major headaches for employees and customers.

When it established its Customer Care Center (CCC) in 2015, Stevie-winner Grosvenor Services tried to ensure that issues would not occur for any of its commercial clients. By centralizing its customer support function, the facility services firm has been able to reduce complaints and resolve issues as quickly as possible.

The Dublin, Ireland-based company, which provides a range of services, including cleaning, security, mechanical, and electrical, built the center to follow through on its customer-first ethos. Employees in the center review processes and systems to eliminate potential conflicts and address client needs in an effective, timely manner.

“Clients require so much more from their supplier partners, and we must continue to deliver beyond the services we provide at the front line,” says Marianne Lambert, a business unit manager who oversees the CCC.

It has proven to be a sound business decision, with the company subsequently winning a number of bids based on its commitment to customer service.

Customer Care Pays Dividends

The initiative has paid off in other ways too. The company became a finalist for multiple local awards and in February earned a Bronze Stevie® Award for Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year in the 2018 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

“When our CCC was initially formed, we began researching achievements and accreditations as a method of improvement and benchmarking,” says Lambert. “In doing so, I came across the Stevie Awards and immediately I felt this was extremely relevant and worth pursuing.”

The honor naturally brings a sense of considerable pride. “This is a huge personal achievement as the manager of the CCC,” Lambert says. “I really believe in what I do and this award acknowledges the work and commitment that has been invested so far.”

Founded in 1959, Grosvenor Services now serves clients throughout Ireland, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America, and employs more than 4,500 people. In addition to its core facility management services, the corporation has expanded to offer everything from reception and mailroom support to landscaping and pest control.

One constant throughout Grosvenor Services’ history is a focus on the needs of the customer. This family business has tried to distinguish itself from competitors by making clients feel like they are dealing with a much smaller organization.

The CCC has certainly helped them accomplish that goal, and now they have a Stevie Award to show for their efforts.

“This is a huge achievement and an honor for our business and our team especially,” says Lambert. “We have worked extremely hard to instill and embed our culture of customer focus and this award is an acknowledgement of all the hard work and dedication that has been committed to doing so.”

2018 American Business Awards Final Entry Deadline Extended

The Stevie® Awards, organizer of The American Business Awards, announced today that the final entry deadline for the 16th annual ABA competition has been extended to April 13. No additional late fees will be charged. Entries submitted through April 13 will not be penalized in any way in the judging process.

“We’ve received so many requests for individual deadline extensions that we’ve decided to extend the deadline for everyone,” said Stevie Awards president Michael Gallagher. The original final deadline was March 14.

All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations— public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large, and small. The 2018 awards will honor achievements since the beginning of 2017.
