This Friday, September 20 brings the presentation of the 4th annual Stevie® Awards for Great Employers, honoring the world's best employers and the human resources teams, professionals, achievements, suppliers, and new products that help to create and drive great places to work.

Finalists in the competition were announced in mid-August.  The Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Award placements among the Finalists will be revealed during Friday's presentations.

The Finalists and Stevie-winning nominations were determined by the ratings of more than 50 professionals around the world on four juries.

Friday's awards presentations will be broadcast live on the awards website.

Two Grand Stevie Award winners will be revealed at the end of Friday's presentations: for the highest-rated nomination of the year, and for organization of the year, presented to the organization that won the most award points in the 2019 competition.

Stevie® Award Winners to Be Revealed at Event in New York on September 20

Finalists in the fourth annual Stevie® Awards for Great Employers, an international competition, were announced today. The awards recognize the world’s best employers and the human resources professionals, teams, achievements, and HR-related products and suppliers who help to create and drive great places to work.

Among the organizations with the most Finalist nominations are IBM Corporation, worldwide (23), Advisor Group, USA (16), ej4, USA (12), QNB Finansbank, Turkey (eight), Everise, Singapore (six), Cisco, worldwide (five), TOFAS Turk Otomobil Fabrikasi AS, Turkey (five), and KocDigital A.S., Turkey (five).

The Stevie® Awards, organizer of the Stevie Awards for Great Employers, announced today that the final entry deadline for the fourth annual competition has been extended to Wednesday, August 7. The Stevie Awards for Great Employers honors the world’s best companies to work for and the HR teams and professionals, HR achievements, new products and services and suppliers that help to create and drive great workplaces.

“We’ve received so many requests for individual deadline extensions that we’ve decided to extend the deadline for everyone,” said Stevie Awards president Michael Gallagher. The original final deadline was July 17. Gallagher emphasizes that no additional late fees will be charged for entries submitted through August 7, and late entries will not be penalized in the judging process. All organizations now have three more weeks to prepare and submit their entries.

All individuals and organizations worldwide—public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small—may submit nominations to the Stevie Awards for Great Employers. The 2019 awards will honor achievements since the beginning of 2018. Entry details are available at www.StevieAwards.com/HR.

Fourth Annual Awards Honoring Employers and HR Professionals is Accepting Nominations

The Stevie Awards has issued the call for entries for the fourth annual Stevie® Awards for Great Employers, which honor the world’s best companies to work for and the human resources teams, professionals, suppliers, and new products and services that help to create and drive great places to work.

All individuals and organizations worldwide—public and private, for-profit, and non-profit, large and small—may submit nominations to the Stevie Awards for Great Employers. The early-bird entry deadline, with reduced entry fees, is May 1. The final entry deadline is June 5, but late entries will be accepted through July 17 with payment of a late fee. Es ist wieder soweit. Die Stevie^® Awards loben die diesjährigen International Business Awards^® aus. „Gerade im Marketing und in der PR spielen (Bewegt-)bilder heute eine große Rolle. Die Bewerbung ihrer Kampagnen in Form eines Videos aufzubereiten, birgt für die Teilnehmer eine Vielzahl an Möglichkeiten, um die erbrachten Leistungen der Experten-Jury umfassender zu präsentieren und wirklich näherzubringen“ erklärt Michael Gallagher, Präsident und Gründer der Stevie^® Awards. „Auch neue Produkte und Dienstleistungen können durch ein Video dynamischer dargestellt und beschrieben werden. Wir sind sehr gespannt darauf, wie kreativ die Teilnehmer diese neue Einreichungsform nutzen werden.“ 

Kostenfreie Teilnahme in den Company of the Year Awards
In der Regel ist bei der Einreichung von Nominierungen bei den IBAs eine Teilnahmegebühr fällig. Nur einzelne Kategorien sind davon ausgenommen. In diesem Jahr verzichten die Stevie® Awards erstmalig auf die Teilnahmegebühren der 35-Branchen Kategorien in den Company of the Year Awards.

Die Gold-, Silber- und Bronze-Preisträger dieser Kategorien, nehmen dann automatisch an der öffentlichen Abstimmung des People's Choice Stevie Awards for Favorite Companies teil. Damit haben Preisträger in diesen Kategorien die Möglichkeit, gleich zwei Preise zu gewinnen: einen von unseren Fachjurys verliehenen Preis und den anderen, der von der Öffentlichkeit gewählt wird.

Preisverleihung in brandneuem Luxushotel ANDAZ Vienna am Belvedere
Die Preisträger der Stevie Awards werden ab Juni von spezialisierten Jurygremien mit über 150 Fachjuroren ermittelt. Die Ergebnisse werden am 13. August bekanntgegeben. Die Stevie Awards Trophäen und Medaillen werden den Preisträgern in diesem Jahr in dem brandneuen Luxushotel Andaz Vienna am Belvedere in Wien verliehen. Dazu findet am 19. Oncology is the study and treatment of tumors. Although three major fields exist within oncology -- medicine, surgery, and radiation, it’s generally understood as a branch of medicine that treats cancer. What do creativity, brands, design, and advertising have to do with any of that? A lot, as it turns out.

Im Rahmen einer feierlichen Preisverleihung in New York City überreichte Michael Gallagher, Präsident und Gründer der Stevie Awards, den stolzen Gewinnern ihre Trophäen und Medaillen.

Die Stevie Awards for Great Employers zeichnen herausragende Unternehmen, HR-Teams und HR-Manager sowie Dienstleister, neue Produkte und Services aus, die Unternehmen darin unterstützen, herausragende Arbeitsplätze zu schaffen und zu erhalten. Unter den Preisträgern finden sich auch in diesem Jahr wieder renommierte Unternehmen aus Deutschland.

Einer der Top-Gewinner des Abends war die Deutsche Telekom Services Europe GmbH aus Köln. Das Tochterunternehmen der Deutschen Telekom AG gewinnt gleich dreimal Gold, einmal Silber und siebenmal Bronze in den verschiedenen Kategorien. Die Gold-Trophäen gewinnt das Unternehmen in den Kategorien „Achievement in Workplace Design - for More Than 100 Employees - Multiple Locations“ für seinen innovativen Ansatz zur Gestaltung von selbstbestimmten und flexiblen Teilzeitmodellen, sowie in den Kategorien „Self-Service HR Solution – New“ und „Attendance Tracking Solution – New“ für seine neue Clock-in-App. Die Preise nahm entgegen Andre Jansen, HR-Produktmanager.

Die Deutsche Telekom Services Europe GmbH (DTSE) ist eine hundertprozentige Tochter der Deutschen Telekom AG. Die DTSE vereint die Bereiche Human Resources, Finanzen, Beschaffung und Reporting unter einem Dach. Im Mittelpunkt stehen Kundenzufriedenheit, Qualität und Innovation, um Prozesse zu rationalisieren und zu vereinfachen.

Weitere Preisträger aus Deutschland waren die Daimler AG aus Stuttgart, die einen
Gold Stevie Award in der Kategorie „Achievement in Recruitment“ gewann, sowie die SAP SE aus Walldorf, Preisträger eines Silber Stevie Awards in der Kategorie „Learning/Training Team of the Year“. Einen Silber und einen Bronze Stevie Award gewann die Johannesbad Hotels Bad Füssing GmbH aus Bad Füssing in den Kategorien „Employer of the Year - Hospitality & Leisure“ und „Engagement/Happiness Team of the Year“.  

Insgesamt gingen in diesem Jahr über 550 Bewerbungen von Unternehmen aus 21 Nationen bei den Stevie Awards for Great Employers ein. Die Preisträger wurden durch eine international besetzte Jury von über 50 Experten ermittelt.

The organization that won the Grand Stevie Award for Most Honored Organization of the Year is ej4 of St. Louis, Missouri USA with nine Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award wins totaling 23 points.  Organization of the Year goes to the organization with the most award points, with each Gold Stevie win counting for three points, each Silver Stevie win for two points, and each Bronze Stevie for one-and-a-half points.

There was a tie for the Grand Award for the Highest-Rated Nomination of the Year, between the Gold Stevie-winning Employer of the Year nominations of Allianz Partners of Richmond, VA USA and New World Development Company of Hong Kong, so both of those nominations were honored with Grand Stevie trophies.

Leading winners of Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevies include Deutsche Telekom Services Europe GmbH with three Gold, one Silver, and seven Bronze Stevie Awards in a variety of categories; Tata Consultancy Services of Mumbai, India and Toronto, Canada, which won five Gold, two Silver, and two Bronze Stevie Awards; and Turkcell of Istanbul, Turkey, winner of one Gold, one Silver, and 11 Bronze Stevies.

More than 550 nominations from organizations in 21 nations were evaluated in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 50 professionals worldwide, acting as judges.  Stevie Award winners in the 35 Employer of the Year categories were determined by a unique blending of the ratings of professionals and the votes of the general public.
