For the past two years, the Stevie® Awards team has been working tirelessly behind the scenes to create something we know you’ll love.

The system we built more than 20 years ago to manage and run most of our Stevie Awards programs has reached the end of its life.

After over two decades of operating under the same website, entry platforms, and judging systems, we are introducing a fully modernized, user-friendly website and upgraded platform for entrants and judges across all nine Stevie Awards programs!

This new system is fully operational for The 24th Annual American Business Awards®, the 20th annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service and the 14th Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards new sites will be live as soon as next week. We will be transitioning our other awards programs onto the new platform as they open for nominations throughout this Fall and 2026.

The new system has many benefits for entrants, judges, and Stevie Awards administrators. Founder & Executive Chairman of the Stevie Awards, Michael Gallagher, announced:

From selecting categories to submitting entries, and managing nominations across multiple competitions, you will find that every step of the Stevie Awards nomination process has been upgraded from our former antiquated system."

"Whether you’re a first-time entrant, a returning participant, or one of our dedicated judges, this overhaul is designed to make entering or judging the Stevie Awards a simpler, faster, and more intuitive experience."

Below, you will find a list of the top benefits that make the new Stevie Awards website and system better than ever. Among them are:

1. Single Sign-On Across All Stevie Awards Programs 🏆

Previously, to enter or judge multiple Stevie Awards programs, users were required to create separate logins for each competition. Now, through one Stevie Awards entry account, you will be able to submit nominations or apply to judge in any of our awards programs. No more multiple logins! As each program opens for 2026, it will open on the new system. For now, you can login to closed programs through the old platform. 

As shown below, if you are logged in to your entry account, it's easy to select a program from the dropdown menu.

2. Superior Performance👌

The new system is built on the latest and best available tools and services, and is significantly faster and easier to use than the current system. The new website is fully mobile-friendly, and entrants can now submit nominations on their phones or tablets if they choose to do so. The technology foundation allows us to continually add new features and enhancements, so the experience will keep improving year after year.

The only Stevie Awards system that will not be integrated into the new system is the official Stevie Awards Store, which will continue to run on Shopify. Our store is where winners purchase additional trophies, medallions, certificates, and commemorative items. 

3. One Account for Judges Across all Stevie Awards Programs 👨‍⚖️

Just as each entrant will now only need one account through which to enter any or all of our programs, judges can apply to judge one or more of them, and act as a judge for any of them under one login.

4. Archival Storage 💽

To date, for most of our competitions, we’ve had to clear out a prior year’s nominations from the system before we can open the next edition. The new system will store and make available to you all of your past nominations (submitted through the new platform).

5. Effortless Category Selection and Search 🔍

The new system includes a convenient “find-as-you-type” search feature for categories. Previously, entrants had to scroll through hundreds of options to locate the right one. Now, finding the right category for your achievement is quick and effortless.

 

6.  Billing and Payment Options that Give Entrants More Control and Convenience 💳

Our new platform will make it easier to find, modify, and pay your invoices, with more payment options.

For paying your entry fees, we now have advanced payment options, including a “pay later” option that will offer automatic reconciliation of invoices, and allows you to make edits to invoices. At checkout, you can choose how you'd like to pay, whether via card, bank account, bank transfer, Cash App Pay, Affirm, Klarna, pre-authorized debit, or Amazon Pay.

The option to choose to pay shipping fees will be completely integrated into the overall system as well.

7.  Fewer Technical Issues ⚠️

If you’ve recently had a problem logging into your entry or judging account, submitting nominations, or judging entries, you’ve experienced our former system’s growing unreliability. If you’ve been a longtime Stevie Awards participant, you may recall the occasional frustration of encountering 403 error messages when submitting nominations. (Thank you for your patience in putting up with the old system!)

These errors often occurred during high-traffic periods near final entry deadlines, after resetting a password, or even when certain symbols were included in a nomination. Now, entrants can submit nominations with confidence, without worrying about system errors or having to write them offline during down periods.

8. Mobile-Friendly Website 💻

We no longer have a separate mobile website, and the Stevie Awards site is fully mobile-friendly. Nominations can now be submitted from your mobile device or tablet if you choose.

On Tuesday, September 16 close to 300 executives from around the world will converge on New York's Marriott Marquis for our celebration of winners in the 10th annual Stevie® Awards for Great Employers and second annual Stevie Awards for Technology Excellence.

Juli, verlängert wurde. Die Stevie Awards for Great Employers zeichnen die weltweit arbeitnehmerfreundlichsten Unternehmen aus, sowie die HR-Teams und -Fachleute, HR-Leistungen, neue Produkte und Dienstleistungen und Zulieferer, die dazu beitragen, großartige Arbeitsplätze zu schaffen und zu fördern.

 

"Nachdem uns viele Anfragen für individuelle Fristverlängerungen erreichten, haben wir uns entschlossen, die Frist für alle zu verlängern", sagte Maggie Miller, Präsidentin der Stevie Awards. Miller betont, dass für Beiträge, die bis zum 22. Juli eingereicht werden, keine zusätzlichen Gebühren erhoben werden, und dass verspätete Beiträge bei der Bewertung nicht benachteiligt werden. Ursprünglich war der 7. Juli der letzte Einsendeschluss. 

Organisationen haben nun noch drei Wochen Zeit, ihre Beiträge vorzubereiten und einzureichen. Alle Einzelpersonen und Organisationen weltweit - öffentlich und privat, gewinnorientiert und gemeinnützig, groß und klein - können Nominierungen für die Stevie Awards for Great Employers einreichen. Die Bank of America, mit Hauptsitz in Charlotte, NC USA, hat den Grand Stevie® Award für die Organisation des Jahres bei den zum sechsten Mal verliehenen Stevie Awards for Great Employers 2021 gewonnen, einem internationalen Wettbewerb, der die besten Arbeitgeber*innen der Welt sowie die Personalfachleute, Teams, Leistungen und HR-bezogenen Produkte und Lieferanten auszeichnet, die dazu beitragen, großartige Arbeitsplätze zu schaffen und zu fördern. 

 

"Es ist ein Privileg, den Grand Stevie Award für die „Most Honored Organization of the Year“ zu erhalten. Dies ist ein weiterer Beweis für das Bestreben der Bank of America, ein großartiger Arbeitsplatz zu sein und in den Erfolg unserer Mitarbeitenden zu investieren", sagte Sheri Bronstein, Chief of Human Resources Officer der Bank of America.

 

 

Ein zweiter Grand Stevie Award für die am höchsten bewertete Nominierung des Jahres geht an Sweetrush Inc. aus San Francisco, Kalifornien, USA, für ihre mit dem Gold Stevie Award ausgezeichnete Nominierung als Anbieter von Lösungen für die Entwicklung von Führungsqualitäten oder -fähigkeiten des Jahres. Die durchschnittliche Bewertung von 9,17/10 durch die Jury war die höchste, die die Jury in diesem Jahr für Nominierungen vergeben hat.

Die Gold-, Silber- und Bronze-Gewinner der Stevie Awards for Great Employers wurden am 30. August bekannt gegeben. Bei dem diesjährigen Wettbewerb wurden mehr als 950 Nominierungen von Organisationen aus 29 Ländern bewertet. Die Gewinner wurden anhand der Durchschnittsnoten von mehr als 90 Fachleuten weltweit ermittelt, die als Juroren fungierten.

Alle Gewinnenden werden am 17. November im Rahmen einer virtuellen Preisverleihung geehrt.

Der Grand Stevie Award für die Organisation des Jahres wird nach einem Punktesystem ermittelt, bei dem jeder gewonnene Gold-Stevie drei Punkte, jeder Silber-Stevie zwei Punkte und jeder Bronze-Stevie eineinhalb Punkte einbringt. Die 66,5 Punkte der Bank of America sind die höchste Punktzahl aller Teilnehmer des diesjährigen Wettbewerbs.

Bei der Preisverleihung im letzten Jahr gewann die Bank of America außerdem einen Grand Stevie für die am höchsten bewertete Nominierung des Jahres.

Einsendungen für die Stevie Awards for Great Employers 2022 werden im März entgegengenommen.

Bank of America, headquartered in Charlotte, NC USA, has won the Grand Stevie® Award for Organization of the Year in the 2021 (sixth annual) Stevie Awards for Great Employers, an international competition that recognizes the world’s best employers and the human resources professionals, teams, achievements, and HR-related products and suppliers who help to create and drive great places to work.    

“It’s a privilege to receive the Grand Stevie Award for Most Honored Organization of the Year. This further demonstrates Bank of America’s commitment to being a great place to work and investing in the success of our teammates,” said Sheri Bronstein Chief Human Resources Officer at Bank of America.

Today’s announcement was made by the Stevie Awards, organizers of this and seven other national and international business awards programs, including The American Business Awards® and The International Business Awards®.

A second Grand Stevie Award, for the Highest-Rated Nomination of the Year, goes to Sweetrush Inc., of San Francisco, CA USA for their Gold Stevie Award-winning nomination for Leadership or Skills Development Solution Provider of the Year.  Its average score of 9.17/10 from the jury was the highest received by nominations reviewed by the judges this year.

Gold, Silver, and Bronze winners in the Stevie Awards for Great Employers were announced on August 30. More than 950 nominations from organizations in 29 nations were evaluated in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 90 professionals worldwide, acting as judges.

All winners will be celebrated during a virtual awards ceremony on November 17.

The Grand Stevie Award for Organization of the Year is determined by a points system in which each Gold Stevie win earns three points, each Silver Stevie win two points, and each Bronze Stevie win one-and-a-half points. Bank of America’s 66.5 points is tops among all participants in this year’s competition.

Bank of America also won a Grand Stevie in last year’s awards, for Highest-rated Nomination of the Year.

• DHL Global Forwarding (Bonn) wurde mit zwei Silber und einem Bronze Award für Leistungen im Bereich Diversität und Eingliederung, Erfolge beim Mitarbeiterengagement und Leistungen in der internen Kommunikation ausgezeichnet.
• Raytheon Professional Services GmbH (Rüsselsheim) erhielt einen Gold, einen Silber und einen Bronze Stevie für Leistungen in den Bereichen Kundenschulung, Zertifizierungsprogramme und Technische Ausbildung.
• Swiss RE (Zürich) wurde mit einem Gold Award für ihre Leistung im Leistungsmanagement geehrt.

Nächste Woche werden zwei Gewinner des Grand ("best of show") Stevie Award bekannt gegeben. Einer geht an die Organisation, die die am höchsten bewertete Nominierung für den Wettbewerb eingereicht hat. Der andere, für die Organisation des Jahres, geht an den Teilnehmer mit den meisten im Wettbewerb erzielten Punkten.

Die Gewinnenden der Grand, Goldenen, Silbernen und Bronzenen Stevie Awards werden am 17. November im Rahmen einer virtuellen Preisverleihung gefeiert. Die Anmeldung für die Veranstaltung ist ab sofort möglich.

Für den diesjährigen Wettbewerb wurden mehr als 950 Nominierungen von Organisationen aus 29 Ländern bewertet. Die Gewinnerinnen und Gewinner wurden anhand der Durchschnittsnoten von mehr als 70 Fachleuten weltweit ermittelt, die als Juroren fungierten. Stevie Award placements in the 31 Employer of the Year categories were determined by a unique blending of the ratings of professionals and the votes of the general public. More than 81,000 were cast by members of the public for their favorite employers this year.

The awards are presented by the Stevie Awards, which organizes several of the world’s leading business awards programs including the prestigious International Business Awards® and American Business Awards®.

The Stevie® Awards, organizer of the Stevie Awards for Great Employers, announced today that the final entry deadline for the sixth annual competition has been extended to Tuesday, August 3.

The Stevie Awards for Great Employers honors the world’s best companies to work for and the HR teams and professionals, HR achievements, new products and services and suppliers that help to create and drive great workplaces.

“We’ve received so many requests for individual deadline extensions that we’ve decided to extend the deadline for everyone,” said Stevie Awards president Maggie Gallagher. The original final deadline was July 13. Gallagher emphasizes that no additional late fees will be charged for entries submitted through August 3, and late entries will not be penalized in the judging process.

All organizations now have three more weeks to prepare and submit their entries.

All individuals and organizations worldwide - public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small - may submit nominations to the Stevie Awards for Great Employers. The 2021 awards will honor achievements since the beginning of 2019. Entry details are available at http://www.StevieAwards.com/HR.

There are several new categories in 2021 for HR achievements including Achievement in Managing a Remote Workforce, Achievement in Leadership Development for Racial/Ethnic Minorities, and Best Transformation Strategy. Two new categories for Solutions and Implementations include Remote Workforce Management Solution - New or New-Version and Implementation.

Winners in the 31 industry-specific Employer of the Year categories will be determined by a unique blend of public votes and professional ratings. Public voting will take place from July 19 - August 9.
