Posted by Maggie Gallagher on Wed, Aug 25, 2021 @ 09:00 AM

The Stevie® Awards, organizers of the world’s premier business awards programs, have announced the winners of six Grand (“best in show”) Stevie Award trophies in The 2021 (18th Annual) International Business Awards®, the world’s leading omnibus business awards competition.

Nominees in the 2021 IBAs were not able to apply for Grand Stevie Awards directly. Winners were determined by a points system based on the total number of awards won in the IBAs with a Gold Stevie win counting for three points, a Silver Stevie win for two points, and a Bronze Stevie win for 1.5 points, as well as having the highest average score in selected categories.

IBA21 grand winners announced

This year’s Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Award winners in The International Business Awards were announced on 16 August. They and the winners of the Grand Stevies announced today will be recognized during a virtual awards ceremony on 8 December.

Winners of the 2021 Grand Stevie Awards are:

Highest-rated COVID-19 Response Nomination: Telkom Indonesia, a state-owned information and communications technology enterprise and telecommunications network in Jakarta, won the Grand Stevie for their nomination "NVDS to Ensure Vaccine Authenticity Traceability, Quality and Accountability,” winner of the Gold Stevie for Most Valuable New Service During COVID-19. The nomination, which received an average score from the judges of 9.11 out of a possible 10, outlines the organization’s efforts to create a national vaccine distribution program for Indonesia, and the results of those efforts. Telkom Indonesia is no stranger to the “best of” circle at Stevie Awards programs: this is the 11th Grand Stevie Award won by the organization in one or more Stevie Awards programs since 2015.

Highest-rated New Product or Service: Google, the multinational technology company headquartered in Mountain View, California USA, has won its first-ever Grand Stevie Award, for Google Maps Live View. The Gold Stevie-winning nomination for Best Emerging Technology received an average score of 9.44 out of 10 from the judges.

Highest-rated Nomination of the Year: LLYC, the global communications and public affairs consulting firm headquartered in Madrid, Spain, won the Grand Stevie for the highest-rated nomination in the entire 2021 IBA competition (9.67 / 10), for “The Last Straw” – winner of the Gold Stevie Award for Marketing Campaign of the Year – Restaurants, for McDonald’s.

Most Honored Marketing Agency: Business Awards Consulting of Istanbul, Turkey, which specializes in researching and writing awards-competition nominations for its clients, earns the Grand Stevie Award for Most Honored Marketing Agency with 120.5 points, earned for Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie wins on behalf of clients including BURSALI, HALKBANK, Mayen, OPET, Sabanci Holding, TISK, and Zer Central Services and Trade A.S.

Most Honored Public Relations Agency: LLYC is the first company to ever win two Grand Stevie Awards in the same program in the same year. In addition to their win for Highest-rated Nomination of the Year, the agency accumulated 77 award points for their Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Awards on behalf of themselves and clients including Deoleo, EY, Multópticas, and TOUS, among others. The agency has won eight Grand Stevies in Stevie Award competitions since 2013.

Organization of the Year: Ayala Land Inc. of Makati City is the Philippines’ leading developer of sustainable estates, offering a diverse mix of properties such as residential, retail, office, hotels, and leisure developments. They earned 69 points for their Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Awards for nominations submitted in their own name, and thus will receive the Grand Stevie Award trophy for Organization of the Year.

“These six best-of-show Grand Stevie winners are emblematic of the breadth and quality of nominations we welcomed to the IBAs in 2021,” said Maggie Gallagher Miller, president of the Stevie Awards. “COVID-19 continues to test economic conditions in many parts of the world, but those challenges have been met and overcome in myriad ways by our 2021 Stevie Award winners. We look forward to honoring and celebrating them during our virtual awards ceremony on 8 December.”

The International Business Awards feature a wide variety of categories to recognize achievement in every facet of work-life, including management awards, new product awards, marketing awards, PR awards, customer service awards, website awards, and more.

Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Award placements in the 2021 IBAs were determined by the average scores of more than 260 professionals worldwide in the three-month judging process. Winners were selected from more than 3,700 nominations submitted by organizations in 65 nations.

airSlate Helps Millions of Users Work More Efficiently

Posted by Maggie Gallagher on Tue, Aug 24, 2021 @ 08:49 PM
  • airSlate is a global technology company that provides no-code business process automation and document management solutions
  • The company’s goal of solving a simple problem evolved into expanded solutions and processes that now serve millions of users around the world

About airSlate

airSlate is a global SaaS technology company serving tens of millions of users worldwide with its no-code business process automation and document management solutions. airSlate's PDF editing, e-signature workflow, and business process automation solutions empower users to digitally transform their businesses to run faster and more efficiently.

airSlate was founded in 2008 with the goal of solving a simple problem that originally had nothing to do with workflows: how to create fillable and editable forms and documents from PDF files. Today, the product that came from the original effort, pdfFiller, is used by millions of people around the globe. Since then, airSlate has expanded its solutions and no-code workflow automation to empower non-technical users to digitally transform their front and back-office business processes, such as employee and customer onboarding, sales, and ordering workflows, contracts, and payments.

Nearly 700k customers and more than 87 million users have achieved significant improvements in the delivery and effectiveness of their departments through airSlate’s fully digital, remote-work-first environment. Individuals and teams can collaborate at any time, from any device, on any cloud, supported by industry-leading security and compliance standards to keep all important data safe and secure.

With exponential growth to its user base, fresh financing, new product launches and integrations, and a rapidly expanding global team, airSlate has seen significant momentum in the business process automation, e-signature, and document management markets since 2019. In 2020, buoyed by the pandemic and an increasingly global, remote work environment, airSlate’s user base skyrocketed.

The company launched its newest product to expand its portfolio, offering an end-to-end workflow ecosystem for customers. airSlate’s solution gives teams the power to build and automate any part of their workflows using a single, no-code, easy-to-configure solution. In addition, airSlate announced several major integrations, including with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft.

The company’s launch of its airSlate product in 2020 was a significant differentiator for the business and what was currently available in the market. airSlate’s closest competitors only offer point-based solutions, meaning customers have to bring together multiple disparate systems to meet their workflow goals. The launch of airSlate eliminated that need, offering up the first of its kind, end-to-end workflow automation solution for teams.

airSlate won the Gold Stevie Award for Company / Organization Categories - Most Innovative Tech Company of the Year - Up to 2,500 Employees and a Bronze Stevie Award for Company / Organization Categories - Computer Software - Large in The 2021 American Business Awards®.

Rebranding Performive in 100 Days

Posted by Maggie Gallagher on Wed, Jun 23, 2021 @ 11:58 AM
  • Performive is a hyperconverged VMware-centric multi-cloud provider
  • Their two-person marketing team launched a complex rebrand in just 100 days

About Performive

Performive specializes in providing mid-sized companies enterprise-grade solutions scaled and priced right. In over 20 global locations, Performive delivers secure, hyperconverged solutions with world-class support and on-demand engineering assistance.

Performive’s Marketing Success

Prior to the spring of 2020, Performive had never invested in a marketing team. Today, the Performive Marketing team is comprised of Danielle Walter, VP of Marketing, and Nicolette Downs, Marketing Manager.

In 2020, the team of two launched a new brand fully supported with over 70 pieces of enablement, deployed a new website, redeveloped the product portfolio, trained employees on messaging and culture, built a demand generation program, and executed a hybrid, all-employee Kick-Off Event.

Danielle and Nicolette executed a full rebrand in 100 days by writing, designing, and engineering all brand assets available at launch. The team re-envisioned 'Total Server Solutions' culture and values into the new, embraced brand without ever meeting each other in person before the launch!

The rebrand project resulted in a new name (Performive), logo, messaging, brand look and feel, product offerings, website, integrated tracking, Marketing CRM implementation, and 50 pieces of customer-facing collateral. The sales, channel, and internal teams were also armed with messaging training, battle cards, and over 100 slides of presentations with scripting.

Carrying out a complete rebrand (name, messaging, website, internal training/enablement, and all external-facing branded material) in just 100 days is an ambitious timeline by most standards. To do so with only two full-time marketing team members requires a team that works seamlessly together with agility and dedication. For perspective, recent rebrands in the industry of a similar size and scope were tackled with teams of 5-12, with a large agency involvement, over timelines upwards of 6 months. The tight timeline and small team contrasted with the stunning and cohesive end result speaks to Performive Marketing Team’s success.

Performive is devoted to improving the impact IT Professionals can make in their organizations through informative content, time-saving services, and improved products. In recent news, they continued to expand the content on their website as well as launched a blog with weekly posts. The team also launched new demand gen programs, achieving a 300% increase in leads. At only the end of April 2021, they have filled the funnel 3.1X (opportunity dollars) of their YEARLY quota (won dollars).

Performive won the Silver Stevie Award for Marketing Organization / Professional Categories - Marketing Department of the Year and the Bronze Stevie Award for Marketing Campaign Categories - Specialty - Re-Branding / Brand Renovation of the Year in The 2021 American Business Awards®.
