출품작들은 7개의 언어(한국어, 말레이어, 영어, 인도네시아어, 일본어, 중국어, 태국어)로 제출하여 심사 받을 수 있다. 출품이 가능한 카테고리는 [경영 부문](http://goo.gl/XE87Gp), [기업/조직 부문](http://goo.gl/YmLnTk), [PR 부문](http://goo.gl/7C0U3h), [마케팅 부문](http://goo.gl/Q7iAE6), [웹사이트 부문](http://goo.gl/yBpqoK), [IT 부문](http://goo.gl/YyC11F), [고객 서비스 부문](http://goo.gl/zqXWJf), [라이브 이벤트 부문](http://goo.gl/4QxtUw), [HR 부문](https://goo.gl/hc92Br), [연례보고서 및 출판물 부문](http://goo.gl/68iNOY) 등 12개의 큰 카테고리가 있으며, 7개 언어로 되어 있는 홈페이지([www.Asia.StevieAwards.com](http://www.asia.stevieawards.com/))를 통해 상세 정보를 얻을 수 있다.

출품료가 할인되는 조기출품 마감일은 11월 30일이다. 일반 마감일은 2월 8일이며, 이 때 이후에는 4월 5일까지 지체료와 함께 출품작을 제출할 수 있다.

출품작들에 대한 심사는 2월에서 4월까지 전 세계 100여명의 임원들에 의해 진행된다. 금, 은, 동상 수상자는 4월 19일에 발표되며, 수상자들은 6월 2일 일본 동경시에서 열리는 시상식에서 축하 받게 된다. 지난 3년 간 아시아-태평양 스티비상을 수상한 아시아-태평양 지역 최고의 혁신 조직들 중에는 대한민국 기획재정부, 행정자치부, 서울시청, 송파구청, 화성시청, 2018평창동계올림픽대회 및 동계패럴림픽대회, 태권도진흥재단, 한국전력공사, 현대제철, (사)한국외식업중앙회, 로엔엔터테인먼트와 옐로모바일, 시스코 시스템즈, 크록스싱가포르, 델타항공, DHL 익스프레스, 포드 차이나, 글로브 텔레콤, 메트라이프 아시아, 소니, 텔콤 인도네시아  등이 있다.

현재 아시아-태평양 스티비상을 위한 심사위원단이 구성되고 있다. 심사위원으로 참여하고 싶은 각 산업계 전문가들은 홈페이지를 통해 지원하고, 스티비 어워즈에 의해 승인 받을 수 있다.
