Swiss Life ermöglichte Anfang 2014 bis Ende 2015 100 Mitarbeitenden, die in ihrer täglichen Arbeit keinen Kundenkontakt haben, jeweils einen Kunden kennenzulernen. Die **MEDICPROOF GmbH** aus Köln bekam einen Gold-Stevie für **das beste Motivationsvideo**. Das Tochterunternehmen des Verbandes der privaten Krankenversicherung erleichtert durch das Video „[Wer hat Angst vorm NBA?](https://stevieawards.com/gsa/medicproof-gmbh-wer-hat-angst-vorm-nba)“ seinen Gutachtern den Einstieg in den anstehenden Veränderungsprozess und stimmt sie auf ein neues Begutachtungsverfahren (NBA) ein. Die Macher skizzierten so die Vorteile des neuen Verfahrens und die angedachten Maßnahmen für den reibungslosen Umstellungsprozess. Das „NBA-Monster“ treibt seitdem als auflockernder Einstiegscontent bei Präsenzschulungen, Online-Lehrgängen und innerhalb unseres Extranets sein Unwesen.
